1. 100% Waterproof by Design
Unlike traditional wood or particle board, our PVC nano boards feature a bamboo-fiber waterproof layer that runs through the entire structure. Water beads on the surface and simply wipes away. Even in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms — the wettest areas of any home — the boards will not swell, delaminate, or rot.
2. B1 Fire-Rated Safety
Every board carries the China B1 fire-rating, meaning it meets the national standard for flame-retardant building materials. In the event of a fire, the board resists ignition and slows flame spread, buying occupants critical escape time. B1 certification is documented and available to customers on request.
3. E0 Eco-Grade, Formaldehyde-Free
Indoor air quality matters. Our boards are produced to the European E0 eco-standard with no added formaldehyde, making them safe for kitchens where families prepare food every day. The material is also recyclable, supporting green building and sustainability goals.
4. Warp-Resistant Rib Support Structure
Long-span cabinet doors and tall panels are prone to sagging and twisting over time. Our patented rib-support extrusion technology builds internal reinforcement ribs into every board, keeping it flat and stable for years — even under heavy daily use and temperature changes.
5. Integrated Positioning Holes for Faster Assembly
