Our 14,000m² plant in Longshan Town, Cixi runs more than 30 automatic production lines, achieving an annual output value of RMB 500 million.
Leveraging Ningbo’s superior port location and our self-operated import & export rights, our products reach markets worldwide —from fire-resistant, moisture-proof PVC sink cabinet boards to skirting boards, leveling feet, countertop strips and handles. Solid wood is costly and prone to rot; WPC (wood-plastic) boards resist moisture but lack stable fixing. Ningbo Yilian’s PVC nano boards are rot-proof, firmly secured by support ribs and connecting ribs, offering better cost-effectiveness. For long cabinets, multiple boards can be cut and spliced with screws through positioning holes (each reinforced by 4–12 connecting ribs), which is easy and labor-saving. Production line sequence: extrusion → cutting/CNC milling → sanding/finishing → surface treatment (thermal transfer, lamination, etc.) → quality inspection → packaging, ensuring high quality throughout.
